Currently, we deliver only within India and do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing & Dispatch

During festive seasons, sale events, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, transport disruptions, or government restrictions, dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking details.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier partner's tracking portal.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, kindly refuse delivery and contact us immediately via email with clear photographs and your order details so we can investigate the issue with the courier partner.
For any transit-related concerns, we also recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests received after 12 hours cannot be accepted, as the order processing may have already begun.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via email only and mention your Order ID in the email.
Return & Refund Policy
