We make every effort to display our jewellery accurately. However, slight variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of certain products.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Order Acceptance

All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

Simaara Jewels reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or any other legitimate business reason.

4. Shipping

We currently ship only within India.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only within 6 hours of placing the order.

After 6 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as order processing may have already begun.

To request a cancellation, you must contact us through our official support email and include your Order ID.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Simaara Jewels follows a No Refund Policy.

Refunds are not provided once an order has been placed and processed.

A return request will be considered only in exceptional cases, where the issue is found to be genuine after thorough verification by our quality team.

To request verification, customers must send an email to our official support email with:

• Order ID

• Clear photographs of the product

• An unboxing video (recommended)

• A detailed description of the issue

If, after verification, Simaara Jewels confirms that the issue is genuine and caused by our error, we may approve a return or another suitable resolution at our sole discretion.

The decision of Simaara Jewels shall be final.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product images, logos, text, graphics, and designs, is the exclusive property of Simaara Jewels and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
